He is technically the Marquess of Bowmont and Cessford, but that’s a bit of a mouthful. So he just goes by ‘Charlie’.

In this piece, I foolishly referred to his former father in law as ‘late’, which he isn’t. I know this because the father-in-law called me to say he was very much still with us. So, grovelling apologies to Lord Beaverbrook, who’s very much alive and kicking.
