The Adulting podcast is up with Oenone HERE. I think I say all sorts of fairly personal things and talk about a recent trip to the gynaecologist, but I’m in a cafe without my headphones so I can’t listen back to check. It was like sitting and gossiping with a girlfriend in the best possible way, so I hope you enjoy.

While I’m on the topic, it reminds me I’m about to finish listening to Jon Ronson’s Butterfly Effect. He’s the writer behind The Psychopath Test and So You’ve Been Publicly Shamed and this is his superlative podcast series about the porn world. Which sounds seedy, but it isn’t because, as ever, he withholds judgement and uncovers incredibly human and levelling stories. I’ve listened to most of it thinking ‘Yeahhhhh, that could easily be me,’ as he talks to people who’ve been affected in different ways by total explosion of online porn. On Audible or click HERE.

OH and one more thing. I mentioned No Such Thing As A Fish in my column today because that’s where I learned about ‘bouliganism’ – boules players going rogue and scrapping with one another. Loads of people will know about this podcast already but for those who don’t, this is an excellent weekly one – about 40 minutes long – recorded by four QI researchers who each bring a weird/funny/mad fact to the studio and discuss them. I love it. Find it HERE. Super easy listening and then you can be one of those slightly know-it-all people who goes round saying ‘I heard the most extraordinary thing the other day, did you know that blah blah blah?’
