« The BEST day at Twickenham yesterday even though I’m still not sure how many points you get for a try or why it’s called a try and not a goal. Less good for the Australians. @hmillward and I had excellent seats so we could see they were not only damp but also quite cross because they *did* think that ball touched the line. Or something like that. Again I was a bit lost but I liked the two beef pies afterwards very much

Went to see this last night. BRILLIANT @lizkingsman. Very very very funny especially if you're a woman aged between 14 and 100. Or a man aged between 14 and 100 tbf. It's on for a few more weeks so GO because it'll make you laugh in dreary January. Also pictured is me, embarrassed, seconds after walking into Damian Lewis in Soho with my really cool rucksack because I decided to walk from Crystal Palace into town yesterday like some sort of mountaineer (?!). And then I was embarrassed at my Duke of Edinburgh get-up all over again when I saw Gillian Anderson sitting in the row behind me at the show. And THEN I got my phone nicked. A big old night, in summary.

Was genuinely walking home from Sainsbury’s carrying the usual clutch of glamorous items (milk, toothpaste, Domestos) when I found out, and cried because it’s such a lovely, lovely thing to be included in. Very kind of all the judges, very thrilling to be in the company of so many funny women. Laughs needed more now than ever, I reckon?!
