I wrote this piece – about Britain’s biggest private house – for the May issue of Tatler, but got talking to a friend yesterday about how it was still for sale. Unbelievable, really, when it’s only £8m and needs another £40m or so to tart it up. Which still makes it cheaper than most London flats AND way bigger.
