I went for a run through the park this morning and it was so cold I thought my hands would fall off. I also hitched my lycra up at one point in an entirely inelegant fashion and realised I couldn’t feel my legs. There were still maddos doing breast stroke through the Serpentine though, with stretchy swimming hats on so they looked like bobbing nipples.

Anyway, obvs it was worth it for this Instagram shot.
