You know that thing with weddings, where it’s the day before and you still haven’t bought them a present and all that’s left on the poxy list is a set of boring old sherry glasses?

Well, here is a solution – cartoons by an artist called Matt Nguyen who runs something called Jolly Awesome. I had supper with my friends Lucy and Tom last night, and their flat had three, framed prints by him on the walls.

Sweet right? Also, they are only 25 squids each. You still need to get them framed. But they’re waaaaay more fun than a bit of dreary crystal which you’ve bought off the list because you sort of feel like you should.
